The idea

The Musicgrandeurs started as a two-piece playing late sets in rooms too small for a drum kit. People kept asking for something bigger — a quartet for a ceremony, an orchestra for a gala, a rig that could carry a festival stage. Instead of turning the work away, we built the line-ups.

Today the collective is one book of repertoire performed at four different scales, by musicians who play in each other's projects and a crew that knows the material from the desk as well as the stage. Book the size the room needs — the sound stays ours.

How it works

Every line-up on this site has its own tab: its own dates, its own photos, its own videos and its own news. Follow one, or follow all of it. Members of the audience can sign in, add the photos they shot, drop in the clips they filmed and talk in the comments under any post — the person who published the post decides what goes live.
